How to use
  1. Open BreathZen and choose your language and technique.
  2. Set the practice duration and sound, then start your session.
  3. Review your practice history on the same browser and device.

Created by a community developer and hosted independently. Offline use requires a successful first visit and completed caching. Sound and background behavior depend on your browser; try a short session first.

How does sound-guided practice work?

Choose a breathing rhythm and start a session. Gentle sound cues indicate phase changes, so you can follow the rhythm without watching a countdown. Keep the app open for reliable browser audio; device restrictions may stop sound when the screen is locked.

Where are my settings and history stored?

BreathZen is an independent community app. Its settings and practice history are stored locally in the browser on your device, rather than in your OutApp account. Clearing that browser’s data removes those local saves.

Getting started

No ChatGPT sign-in is needed for BreathZen. Settings and practice history stay in your browser on the developer’s website. Data is separate from OutApp and does not sync between devices.

Do I need to install anything?

Works in your browser on phones and computers. No installation needed; you can add OutApp to your home screen.
